Procedures / Testing Details All our raw materials and components are subject to in-house inspections. Tests are also conducted at each stage of production, and finished goods are given a final check before packing. Our testing equipment is purchased locally or is imported from Japan. We utilize: A. Wrap reel. B. Analytical and precision balance. C. Twist counter. D. Hydrostatic head tester. E. Emendorf tearing-strength tester. F. Dyed rubber tester. G. Standard launder tester. H. Hardness tester. I. Densimeter. J. Simple cutter.
QC / Technical Support We employ engineers, technicians and also train production staff to perform extra QC as a precautionary measurement.
